Warranty Information

Thank you for your interest in our Warranty Information!
This document informs you about the warranties and guarantees that are available and those who are not. Of course, warranties and guarantees must comply with state and national laws and as those can change, we may change or update our warranty information. It is however your responsibility to keep track of any such changes and to revisit this page from time to time.


Warranty

At Eisbach Watches, we provide a limited warranty for all our Watches and Steel Straps. Our Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship (“Manufacturer’s Defect”) for 5 (five) years from the date of purchase. This means that we will repair or replace (at our discretion, with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), free of charge including shipping costs, any component that our service team finds to be a Manufacturer’s Defect.

 

What is not covered by this warranty?

This limited Warranty does not cover or apply to:
    • normal wear and tear, 
    • accident, abuse, neglect, 
    • blows, shocks, crushing, improper use or storage, 
    • incidental and consequential damages,
    • Straps other than metal bracelets,
    • tampering, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and of course
    • loss or theft.
unless you can prove your Eisbach Watch had that damage at the time of purchase.
 

How do we handle claims?

Within 14 days of submission of your request (please provide Eisbach Watches with your original proof of purchase), we will evaluate your request and advise if our service team finds that the damage is covered under our warranty. 
If it is determined that your Eisbach Watch has a Manufacturer’s Defect, we will replace your Eisbach Watch at no cost to you. 
Eisbach Watches has sole discretion to determine Manufacturer’s Defects. Warranty claims are processed and replaced free of charge. All shipments for Services Covered by Warranty are free of charge. If there is no Manufacturing Defect, this limited warranty does not apply, and you will receive an e-mail stating the cost for repairing or replacing your Eisbach Watch. You may decide at your discretion whether to accept the offer.

Repairs

If your Eisbach Watch need a repair, you may submit a service request to info@eisbachwatches.com
Upon the receipt of the service request, we will within the next 5 business days verify that we can repair or service your Eisbach Watch.
Please note that Repair services are based on component parts availability and assessment of your Eisbach Watch and that repair pricing can vary. 
Due to variations in pricing, if your product is not covered by our Limited Warranty, you will receive an offer via email including details on the costs of repair. You will not be required to ship your Eisbach Watch prior to receiving the offer.
All Repair services carried out, are covered by mandatory legal Warranty, as applicable per national law (“Repair Warranty”). The works performed within the Repair Warranty and duration of Warranty for each, are displayed on the invoice and/or delivery note.
Any further claim against Eisbach Watches e.g. for damages additional to the above described limited Warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
